Walton County fishing report for Nov. 16

Fishing is great!

Choctawhatchee Bay: Good bit of trout and a some redfish being caught along with some sheepshead. Folks have been catching them best fishing deep. Small shrimp and Canaday tiny flutes and Zoom tiny flutes. Folks have been reeling in bass as well. Huge mullet, so big you can’t even fry ’em, you can smoke them though. Big roe too!

River: Crappie fishing has picked up.
