Black drum in the bay!

Salt: The bite is on for red snapper! A bit spotty on king mackerel. W., S.W. winds built up the surf, this should pass after this front comes through.

Inshore Gulf report brought to you by Capt. Kerry Jones of Not A Dog Charters.

Bay: Lots of redfish being caught, not as many trout. Reeling them in with Berkley Gulp bait and shrimp. Large black drum being caught along the causeway and ship in the bay.

The temperatures are high so fish are only feed when it’s early and late.

River: Be careful out there, the river is very low. Folks are catching shellcracker, some bluegill, catfish and bass in the deep holes. We need some rain!

Danny Copeland wants to remind folks that the resident shoreline license is free. Come on by!
