Walton County fishing and hunting report for Nov. 3

November 3, 2010

Great trout and flounder fishing!

Bay: Lot and lots of fish being caught in the bay! Some folks saying they are catching 50-75 fish in one day! Redfish, speckled trout and flounder being caught on gigs and hook and line.  Great speckled trout fishing at the mouth of the river along with white trout.

Fresh:  Still lots of crappie being caught, even with the river so low it’s still good and mostly in the deep holes.

Danny Copeland wants to remind folks that the resident shoreline license is free. Come on by!

Hunting: Right now deer are out at odd hours, but should be over soon as the moon phases changes.
