sunsetsof30AThere’s a new coffee table book available along 30A, and it is chock full of images most everyone can agree as special – “The Sunsets of 30A.”

The 128 page coffee table style book is filled with stunning images.

The book is the brainchild of publisher Cindy Moskovitz, who has been enjoying South Walton sunsets with her family since the early 80s. Admiring the beautiful work of local photographers, Moskovitz came up with the idea to share and acknowledge the area’s great talent. The part-time resident decided to keep the entire project local, using area resources.

South Walton designer Colleen Duffley of Studio b, Colleen Duffley Productions, collaborated with Moskovitz in the creation. The book boasts more than 160 images taken by locals, and visitors. The area map illustration in the book was created Point Washington artist Joan Vienot.

“There is a quote under each photograph about why we love the sunsets here,” said Duffley.

The project began back in October, 2013. Moskovitz approached Duffley to create the call for entries, design the logo, design the book, and curate. Together, the duo has created a great gift idea for locals and visitors.

“It’s been a fabulous experience creating the book, and meeting incredible people,” said Moskovitz.

The Sunsets of 30A is available at more than 18 retail stores along Scenic Highway 30A in South Walton, or available online at www.sunsetsof30A.com.
