Come celebrate the new year with South Walton Fire District as the “rinse off” 2017 and welcome 2018 by taking a plunge into the Gulf of Mexico. The event will be held at Gulf Place with registration at 11 a.m. and the plunge at 1 p.m. Cost is a $20 donation for ages 12+. There will be a costume contest, bonfire, food, and hot drinks. Gulf Place is located at the corner of CR393 and Scenic Hwy. 30A. The plunge will be at Ed Walline beach access into the Gulf.
This event is hosted by The South Walton Fire District and sponsored by Gulf Place Merchants Sunrise Coffee, 30 A, Shunk Gulley, and Pizza By The Sea.
