The Kiwanis Club is hosting “Take A Kid Fishing” catch and release event on Saturday, May 9. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the event is from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Great prizes awarded in various categories. ‘Bait Shop’ sponsored by County officials. Meet at the pier behind the Presbyterian Church at the Lakeyard in DeFuniak Springs. Activities include photo booth, sack races, fishing instructions/demonstrations, concession stands, live bait for sale. Tony the tiger will be there.
