We have residents in our dunes that are extremely rare. The Choctawhatchee Beach Mouse only comes out at night and only lives in the dunes near the beach. This program will give you an understanding of these creatures, what makes them special, and how the folks at Topsail tracks/monitors them. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park have one of the largest populations of this species in the panhandle and their efforts help ensure this continues into the future.
