A Veterans Day program will be held at 11 a.m. Nov. 11 at the Magnolia Cemetery located at 222 North Park St., DeFuniak Springs.

Annual Veterans Day ceremony at 2 p.m. at the memorial on the grounds of Freeport City Hall. A very moving tribute to the men and women serving in our armed forces.

In addition, Florida State Parks are offering free entry to parks across Florida today for all individuals.

The Green Thumb Garden Club of Santa Rosa Beach has decorated their Blue Star Marker at the corner of U.S. Hwy. 98 and U.S. Hwy. 331 for Veterans Day. This is to honor our Armed Forces, past, present, and future. The marker is a program of the National Garden Clubs, Inc. and the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs.
