Hometown Christmas comes to Walton County Fairgrounds Nov. 26

October 25, 2011

Hand-crafted gifts, food and entertainment in store for all day event

The 22nd annual Hometown Christmas, sponsored by the DeFuniak Business and Professional Association, will be held Sat., Nov. 26 – rain or shine, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Walton County Fairgrounds on Hwy. 83N.

The annual shopping event brings thousands of holiday shoppers to DeFuniak Springs and features activities for children, food, entertainment and hundreds of unique, one-of-a-kind gifts for every taste.

This year features “Sportsman Paradise,” with commercial vendors selling recreational equipment. Often imitated but never duplicated, the original Northwest Florida Hometown Christmas features up to 100 artists and crafters from around the south. There are still some booth spaces available, but craft-artists must act now to reserve a 10×10 space.

There’s no place like home for the holidays and there’s nothing like a Hometown Christmas!

For booth space reservations or general information, call DBPA President Sara Comander at (850) 892-7830.
