Exotic plant hike and pull at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park March 30

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park invites you to enjoy an informational hike and invasive plant pull. Visitors will learn about some of the invasive plant species here at the park. These plants are all truly invasive and carry with them, few, if any, of the natural controls that keep them in check in their native ranges. As a result, their uninhibited growth carries the potential for great harm to wildlife habitat as well as to the recreational uses of lakes and rivers. Once established, the cost for management of these plants is very high.

Enter the park through the main gate and park staff will direct you to the clubhouse there is a $6.00 state park entry fee, ask at the Ranger Station about meeting locations.
