Seaside New Year’s Eve celebration Dec. 31

Celebrate New Year’s in Seaside with fun children’s activities and street performers along with a fantastic fireworks show at midnight and everyone will have a blast ringing in 2017.

Date/time: Saturday, December 31, 7 p.m. – 12 a.m. – Seaside Amphitheater

New Year’s eve celebration at The Village of Baytowne Wharf

Date/time: Saturday, December 31, 6 p.m. – 1 a.m.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf will be rocking in the New Year with an end-of-the year celebration. The family-friendly early evening starts from 6-8 p.m. with face painting, kids activities, live music by Stevie Hall and a fireworks display at 8 pm. Ring in 2017 with an evening to remember, with two breathtaking fireworks displays at 8 pm and midnight. Dance the night away with LIVE music till 1am, this year’s featured band is “A Time of Your Life.”
The event is free.

New Year’s Eve beach ball drop and celebration at Pier Park in Panama City Beach

Date/time: Saturday, Dec. 31, 5:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.

Pier Park is celebrating their 9th Annual New Year’s Eve Beach Ball Drop. Be on the lookout for the all-new digital lounge, the Snow Zone, 10,000 beach balls, two firework shows, and four musical acts.

5:30 p.m.: Barry Fish Band Performs on the Main Stage
7:30 p.m.: The Kids’ Countdown to 8 p.m. begins
8:00 p.m.: 10,000 Beach Balls are dropped down on crowd Pier Park Drive and fireworks are shot from the rooftops
8:15 p.m.: Terry Brock & Friend’s perform on the Main Stage
10:00 p.m.: The RiverTown Band performs on the main stage
12:00 a.m.: The brand new, LED illuminated ball drops down the Celebration Tower to ring in the New Year and fireworks are shot from the Pier.
