Living bear wise program at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park June 15

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 10 – 11:00 a.m. Come learn about the Florida Black Bear and how to “Live Bear Wise.”

This program is free with regular park admission. Topsail Talks is a monthly educational discovery series with presentations from organizations and government agencies from outside the park. Future dates and topics are “Prescribed Fires and the Forest” by Florida Forest Service on July 20, “Native American history of the Florida Panhandle” by the Indian Temple Mound Museum on August 17 , “Microplastics and Plastic Pollution” by Dr. Laura Tiu with Florida Sea Grant on September 21 and “Coastal Dune Lakes” by the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance on October 19.
