Hydrangea growing lecture in Grayton Beach

April 21, 2016

May 4, 2016 @ 10:00 am – 11:30 am

Hydrangeas are the perfect shrub for the southern garden.  There are many cultivars and varieties you may not know.  Find out what they are and how to grow them.  Let’s move beyond the mopheads and consider these new types.

Andrea Schnapp, Walton County Master Gardener, will describe the care and feeding of hydrangeas, plus how and where to choose the “new plants on the block.” This event will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at the UF/IFAS Walton Extension Coastal Branch.  It is located at 70 Logan Lane (runs west off CR 283 just north of the 4-way stop) in Grayton Beach.  The program will be at 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
