Christmas reflections in DeFuniak Springs Nov. 29 – Dec. 31

Enjoy a holiday family tradition in DeFuniak Springs as Chipley Park a/k/a DeFuniak Springs lakeyard lights up with the annual Christmas Reflection displays. A variety of Victorian, animal and toy soldier cutouts, Santa’s workshop, the grandfather clock ticking away; and the real reason for the season, the Nativity Scene all surrounded by twinkling trees. Millions of lights reflect on to the lake glowing in holiday splendor.

The event will run from 5 – 9 p.m. nightly Nov. 29 – Dec. 31. Admission is $3/person, children 6 and under free. Season pass is available for $35.

Carriage rides will be offered by High Horse Farms and will be $10/person, free for children 3 and under. Fee is in addition to entry fee. Reservations not required, however call (850) 978-2999 for more information. Rides will be available from 5 – 9 p.m. on the following dates:

  • November 29, 30 & 31
  • December 6, 7 & 8
  • December 13-31

Directions: Take U.S. Hwy. 331 to DeFuniak Springs. Turn north on Live Oak Ave. and follow to the entrance of Christmas Reflections on Circle Drive.
