Ready to share the love?

Local artist and animal rights advocate Teresa Cline has embarked on a new project to help raise funds for Alaqua Aminal Refuge in Freeport.

The project, which is called “Art from the heart, sharing the love,” offers digital prints created by local artists, with the proceeds going to the refuge. Alaqua Animal Refuge is a no-kill animal refuge, located on a 10 acre farm housing more than 300 animals daily, ranging from dog, cats, horses, goats and birds. The refuge supports itself through donations.

By donating a minimum of $10.00 through Alaqua’s Website, you will receive a beautiful high resolution fine art print to download via email. Each print comes with very easy to understand directions and information, which allows you to create an exquisite art print up to a 7×9 inch image, which fits standard photo/ picture frames.

Upon completion of your donation at the Alaqua Animal Refuges’ Website,, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your donation. Email your verification to your favorite artist to receive your fine art print download via a return email.
