Vegas and her six beautiful babies were rescued from a local kill shelter to find themselves safe and sound at Alaqua Animal Refuge. Her pups have been weaned, and now Vegas is ready and eager to be welcomed into a forever home. An Australian Cattle Dog mix, she is one fun loving lady. She plays exceptionally well with her canine companions, and is an expert in the field of proper leash etiquette. Plus, Vegas gives the best bear hugs ever. Pleasing to the eye and a pleasure to have around, Vegas would make an excellent addition to any family.
If you’d like to meet her and give her a second chance at happily-ever-after, come to our peaceful ten acre sanctuary any Tuesday through Sunday from 12:00 noon until 5 p.m. You’ll have the opportunity to make new acquaintances, enjoy the outdoors and maybe even leave with a best friend of your very own.
