Nine new Master Gardeners received their certification
The graduates have completed eight weeks of classroom work and fifty hours of community volunteer work. Certificates were presented by Extension agents, Mike Goodchild and Eddie Powell at the Master Gardeners Association meeting.
Following the presentation, Amy Baldwin-Moss gave a program on “Creating Habitat and Instilling a Sense of Community”. Afterwards, a potluck lunch was held at the Extension Center in DeFuniak Springs. Guests included members of the DeFuniak Springs Garden Club.
