South Walton beaches reopen at Noon August 31, 2012

Water still closed to the public At noon, Aug. 31 the sand and accesses along South Walton’s beaches will open to the public. Double red flags will continue to fly due to high surf and rip current conditions.  Double red flags mean the water is closed to the public.
