I have 40 acres on Plantation Lane off Highway 20, right across from the Wilson Biophilla Center. There are some pieces of tin by the old house on the corner. Last summer I was looking under the pieces of tin to see what I could find and a 8' snake that looked exactly like an eastern indigo snake came out from under it an went away very fast. I had a friend with me and neither of us had seen a snake of that size around here. Edwaurdo told me about your site and told me to contact you about possibly doing an article about my Stand Up Paddle Board business. I was reading your articles and came across the gopher snake. They live!
