Family Fun 5K Nature Hike at the E.O. Wilson Biophilia Center Sept. 26

biophilatrailThe E.O.Wilson Biophilia Center teams up with the Walton County Health Department for the Biophilia Center Family Fun 5K Nature Hike on Saturday, September 26th.
Get off the couch and into nature with this community event focusing on healthy living and a healthy environment. The hiking event is part of a state wide collaboration with all participating Florida Health Departments called the Florida Inaugural 5K Walk/Run.

Gates open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 12:00 p.m. – Registration from 7:00-8:00 a.m. First Hikers hit the trail at 8:00 a.m.
$5 per person or $20 per family.
Gates open and registration begins at 7:00 a.m.
We will hit the trails at 8:00 a.m.

Hikers must be 5 and up to participate. Parent or guardian required for all children 15 and under.
Educational health programs and interactive exhibit area open for all those not joining in or for after the hike.
*Sturdy shoes suggested as this is a scenic nature hike with uneven trails.
